At Astitav, our Job Training Program is designed to prepare students for real-world work environments and build independence. We are partnered with Rasamama Restaurant and Baywatch Car Wash, where selected students receive hands-on training in professional settings.
Students visit these workplaces four days a week for 30 minutes, gaining practical exposure to job roles and responsibilities. Through this structured routine, they learn essential workplace skills such as following instructions, time management, teamwork, and task completion.
Training is conducted by professionals from their respective fields, ensuring guided, real-life learning experiences. This exposure helps students understand work culture, build confidence, and develop skills that can support future employment.
